In Seoul, a suicidal student meets a young woman who decides to join him in his fatal gesture. Tongsu, an unsuccessful filmmaker, spots a beautiful young woman, who happens to be the lead actress in the film he has just seen. Their stories will cross paths thanks to their love for cinema.

Viewing Notes
Wanted to check out another Hong Sang-soo film from my watchlist. I’m glad Mubi is still making these films available as I’m not sure how else to view them. Hong Sang-soo basically makes Korean mumblecore films and even when they don’t always connect the movie is still interesting trying to piece together the story. This is a good example of that. It’s two stories that seem unrelated yet somehow they are. Hopefully I can view more of his films before they leave.
