Viewing Notes

Decent undercover cop / Triad flick starring Andy Lau and Louis Koo w/a simple premise: Anthony Wong’s grownup son (Patrick Tam) returns to HK to stir up trouble between the Triad families. This is mostly a drama w/a couple of flourishes including a nice scene where Suki Kwan and Joey Meng have to fight their way out of a restaurant with knives.

Perhaps the most amusing thing is that the Triads big crime is illegal duplication and distribution of VCDs! Haha
