Viewing Notes

My third film at AMC Westminster for a triple feature day in the A/C (the A/C in my apartment is currently not working). Decided to catch this in theater since I saw the previous two films in theater. It would’ve been nice to revisit those two movies given how convoluted the story is but they are available via streaming or home media. Also didn’t really have the time were I able to find them. So I went into this with a vague recollection of story ins and outs.

There’s *a lot* going on but stripped to its basic form this is a Good versus Evil story. Teenagers with magic superpowers battling each other in an attempt to save or rescue their soul. This movie is fine but all too serious. I am a fan of the “Rider” character (the guardians are the coolest aspect of this story). There is a tv show which I believe these movies were cobbled together from the episodes. I may give those a viewing someday.
