Another not-so-good Don “The Dragon” Wilson nineties DTV flick that I probably watched back in the day on Cinemax. The premise is super dumb but whatever. It does, however, work as a “racism is bad” flick. Somewhat notable for featuring Gary Daniels in an early (small) role before he went on to do his own films. Also features L.A. Wars star Vince Murdocco as a villain here.
