Viewing Notes

Glad I decided to see this bc I didn’t realize this was going to be full IMAX. Quite a spectacle to view it in that format that had me wishing I was sitting a couple rows further back to really appreciate the visuals.

Was surprised there was a decent crowd there for this. Just a smattering but more than I expected. Now I wanna watch the sequel, which I think I like more than this movie.

Many of the visual elements and a few of the plot devices were lifted for THE MATRIX but I’d love to hear a commentary track with the Wachowskis as I’m sure there’s less obvious items they “borrowed” for their films.
