For TTR-TV online viewings this month Jason is running all films from the previous in-person TR marathons. He found a better version of this Russian flick, a 35mm scanned to an HD file. Definitely looked better than the VHS rip we watched in 2018. Only recalled a few parts of this so it was great it revisit. Cool movie that deserves a proper release.

I wired into my TV to see how this would look. It was okay, watchable but not great. I think Kosmi compresses the stream. Gonna test it on Friday night as well to determine if doing the marathon in the secret cinema is feasible from a PQ standpoint.
