Not as good as I remembered. In fact, I did not remember much only recalling a couple of scenes and the basics of the premise. So weird bc I watched this film a few times back in the late 90s including seeing it opening night with my brother in Racine, WI. Guess it’s easier to remember that occasion than the actual twists and turns in this movie. Totally forgot the finale. Also forgot Bridgette Wilson is in this, too!
Still like this story but wish it didn’t take so long to get to the meat of it, the final act. Some of the acting is not so good esp. Freddie Prince Jr. Both Hewitt and SMG are great altho it does get a bit skeevy camera leering at times. Was surprised this was a R Rating bc it’s really a PG-13 at best. Since I haven’t logged it yet *and* forgotten a lot much of it I will count it towards my 31 in 31 challenge plus it works for my ongoing nineties rewatch project.
