One of the Teruo Ishii flicks I got from my Arrow sale. So many boobs! I just love these anachronistic bonkers period flicks from Ishii. So over the top you have to respect the gusto for making exploitation cinema. The simple story is that two tattoo artists are trying to 1-up each other by creating a better tattoo. Their canvas is the seemingly unlimited supply of prostitutes with untouched skin. There’s a lot of other stuff happening around this and most of it involving more exposed breasts and torture. The finale is something to behold and completely ridiculous.
