Viewing Notes

This is fine. Story of one of the most famous ramen joints in Tokyo and the man who made it. This is like the Jiro Dreams of Sushi but for ramen and not nearly as good. Probably only a 75 minute doc at most but there’s some unnecessary filler. The entire time I kept saying that this looks like a special I’d watch on Fuji TV during a flight to / from Japan. Then during the end credits they note this was a Fuji television program!! Lol emoji

Kinda wild that this ramen master had the same leg issue as my father.
