Apparently this BTS doc about the making of TCM: THE NEXT GENERATION isn’t widely available any longer via physical media. Not sure why (perhaps no permission from rights holder?) but it’s on YT for the time being so I gave it a whirl since it’s my third fave TCM after the first two. I even wrote a mini-defense of the movie for Brian Saur’s blog back in the day.
This BTS doc is p neat bc it has a few interviews with Henkel and the cast incl. Zellweger and McConaughey tho I wish it had even more w/those latter two. It’s a shame that both have forsaken their participation in this bc it looks like they had fun making the movie. I still want to get the Scream Factory release that had to be repackaged to remove their names from the cover art. So fucking weird.
