Viewing Notes

Programmed for the Akira Takarada celebration (his birthday + recent passing). Another Mikio Naruse I haven’t seen so I was excited when I saw it on the schedule. Solid drama with a lot more going on here than the description indicates. Takarada doesn’t have a big part here as it’s mostly focused on all the female characters. But he’s quite dapper.
