Viewing Notes

This is the movie that I should’ve watch before FURY OF THE KARATE EXPERTS. So wild they made one epic film then cut it if half to release as two separate films. It does explain why Santo shows up in KARATE to attend the wedding but then again I just expect Santo to appear anywhere bc he’s a hero.

These were the last two films Santo made before he died a couple years later. I wonder if they used a stand in double for the fights. His moves aren’t sharp but he still looks good esp for a 64 year old man.

Neither of these films is v good but I love that Grace Renat plays twin sorcerer sisters and that I’m sure she was cast for her “attributes” haha but also we get some luchadore action with Tinieblas, who is in the sequel as well. If they released these with the original Spanish I’d buy them. The dubbed is adequate but not ideal. Sometime it sounds like they’re having a joke with the line readings and I hate that.
