This must’ve been the template “film” that Baz used for his ELVIS movie bc this plays just like that film beat for beat without the drama and Col Tom Parker nonsense. this documentary is part dramatization and mostly actual footage from all these significant events throughout Elvis Presley’s life.
The dramatization bits are so-so but the real footage is great including the tv appearances and BTS stuff with his entourage. The narration is fine and establishes the context.
Still blown away by how young Elvis was when he was on top of the world.
