Viewing Notes

Haven’t seen this since around the time it hit home video but I was a big Andrew McCarthy fan back in the day (one of my buddies actually took me to see Weekend at Bernies for my birthday). That said, the only thing I really remembered about this movie was how smarmy James Spader is. His character is that and more and holds up well.

The movie is fine and goofy as the premise promises. The real highlight is Kim Cattrall. wowza she was so terrific in the eighties. Great comedy chops and gorgeous looks.
