Space Sheriff Gavan vs Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger features the return of Yuma Ishigaki from 2012’s Space Sheriff Gavan: The Movie and the 2015 Space Sheriff Next Generation films. The first installment will join the two police themed heroes as they face a massive space crime organization.

I dig this a lot. Space Sheriff Gavan teams up with the DekaRangers, a fun team helmed by the dog who turns into the DekaMaster. Lots to enjoy here including the evil Benikiba who I recognized from the Cutie Honey tv show, the super fine Mikie Hara.
Not sure who did the action direction but there’s some solid fighting. The all-characters brawl towards the end is neat bc it features all principle actors doing their own fights. The big weapon is called Satan Ghost, which is very metal. Also like the assassin Cronen who has a machine gun hand.
Only wish they had gotten more violent. There is some violence but they should’ve leaned into it more.
