Viewing Notes

Had pulled this one for a movie night since I’ve been sitting on it for so many years and it was a Brad Henderson recommendation. Since it was a full moon tonight I decided to just watch it and temp check for a movie night (yes, over WEREWOLF BY NIGHT, which I will likely view tomorrow night when the moon is still full). Glad I did the temp check bc this movie is just okay. Not great and certainly not the “Sean of the Dead meets werewolves” as box quoted.

The humor is not really funny nor is any of the banter between characters. What I do like are the werewolves in their classic design and the practical FX and even some of the digital work. It may have been more fun viewing at a movie night but it still has to work on its own as well.

The kid in the film reminded me of my nephew bc Spanish and long hair.
