Overview
Rin a young high school student is your everyday awkward girl who gets bullied by her fellow students. On her 16th birthday, Rin gets an unexpected surprise: she finds out that she is, on her father’s side, a half-mutant.

Viewing Notes
I love this movie more each time I watch it. So very much my thing. Goofy, bloody and crazy. I watched all the Q&A segments in the extras (back when WellGoUSA included extras!). So much fun to see the main leads and the directors having a good time answering questions. Tak is so gd funny. Kinda surprised that the ice queen badass girl, Yuko Takayama, is totally the opposite IRL (she states this as every Q&A).
That question that goes around on social about what you’d do if you’d if had fuck you money. I would fund all these directors to continue making these kind of modest budget splatter flicks starting with a sequel to this movie. Bring back the three primary leads and let them mentor a new trio squad.
Director Iguchi is wearing a MGS shirt in one of the Q&As and i want it so bad.
