This is a wonderful skewering of several things that deserve it and all quite topical. Having experienced this kind of several course tasting meal a few times made this even more hilarious. It is so fucking spot on and Ralph Fiennes is perfect. My girl ATJ is great as well. I laughed a lot.
As to whether ppl want to call this horror or not, whatever. I consider it horror given the situation but it’s more a dark comedy in a horror story. I’m just glad ppl are enjoying this film, which does a better job roasting the rich than TRIANGLE OF SADNESS.
I chose the closed caption screening and it was fine. Mostly old ppl there including me. The time just worked out better. There was a younger couple that I had to shush a couple of times plus give them the death stare but it didn’t stop them. Just absolute fuckers treating it like their living room.
