Viewing Notes
Scratched another one of my blindspot list and very disappointed. Didn’t realize this was a wacky sex comedy. Not sure what I thought it was but not this and certainly not a sub genre I’m fond of when it comes to old Hollywood films. Comedies are fine but this kind of sexual humor in the 1950s isn’t fun in addition to being borderline assault. Yeah I know different times and all that. Just not a fan. MM is terrific, however, and the diva stories from on set seem believable.
