Viewing Notes

Part of the Titans of Toho Birthday Marathon that ran thru new years weekend featuring films with Haruo Nakajima and Kumi Mizuno (sometimes in the same movie!). This one I had not seen before and not sure it’s been programmed in the past but I didn’t want to miss it bc it features a great cast incl. Kumi Mizuno as one of the daughters of the kidnapped old lady.

As noted in other films watched during this marathon, Hideyo Amamoto once again in a bit role even in his twilight years.
This is a great film and an amusing viewing for the cast and the story. Rich old lady is kidnapped then manipulates her kidnappers and family at the same time. If it were available I’d own this one.
