Viewing Notes

Love having SRK back in the leading man seat in a big time OTT insane action thriller. Just wow. Plus! Plus having my fave John Abraham as his foil. Incredible. This is a better Uncharted movie than Uncharted… low bar, I know but so many beats both action and drama feel right out of that series. I rarely buy (new) Indian films but I may have to get this one. Just a blast to see on a huge screen (Prime theater). the volume was too loud in some moments but not bad they just need to adjust for Indian films (the volume for the Indian trailers was so loud and awful).

Oh this does the audacious by having a flashback within a flashback! Hahaha I love it. The only thing lacking was a good bromance. At least we got both guys shirtless.

Speaking of bromance I see that Hrithik Roshan is listed in the cast. He’s not in the movie unless it was a blink and you’ll miss him. His character’s name is mentioned along with Tiger (Salman Khan) but only Tiger is in the movie. Wonder if there’s an extended cut out that mere with Hrithik. I’d like to see that!

just remembered that there’s a post-credits scene where Tiger and Pathaan are talking about the young dudes out there trying to replace them in the context of the movie but clearly meaning as action stars in Bollywood. They didn’t mention names but I know one they were referring to is Tiger Shroff, which made that scene v amusing. heh
