Hotshot gambler Jake Green is long on bravado and seriously short of common sense. Rarely is he allowed in any casino because he’s a bona fide winner and, in fact, has taken so much money over the years that he’s the sole client of his accountant elder brother, Billy. Invited to a private game, Jake is in fear of losing his life.

This is a weird movie. Around 15 or 20 minutes into this I was thinking “this is like Guy Ritchie lite.” Hahaha
whoa just read the TMDb description here and holy shit is that incorrect. This is one of those “nothing is as it seems” movies. I was too tired to understand the layers and symbolism and everything else altho I do have my own interpretation but ultimately this is a weird movie, even by Guy Ritchie standards. I really like Mark Strong’s character.
