Viewing Notes
Pregamed for The Last Drive-in with Emily Hagins’ new film. It’s a cute, demonic possession, exorcist-lite flick that probably did well as festivals with a captive audience. Very few comedy horrors work for me and this one falls slightly above the middle of the pack for a few laughs and solid production values. It’s amazing to wittiness Emily’s progression as a filmmaker in real-time.
