For reasons that aren’t worth explaining I used an AList to see this. Such an odd, not good movie starring Charlie Day, whom I don’t like, doing a modern day Charlie Chaplin film. The draw was the cast which are mildly amusing against the very not amusing Charlie Day performance. It’s like a real depiction of Hollywood in how a complete untalented unknown mute can become a big star. Very weird movie that feels like Day called on lots of favors to get this cast involved w/a very ill-advised passion project.
My 5 out of 10 is for everyone else in this movie that put their game face on and did the work.
