Been wanting to revisit this one for a while but was saving for a movie night opportunity (Donnie Yen is always awesome on the little big screen in the Secret Cinema). Usually I’m not down for mean spirited films but they seem to work for HK actioners. Criminals put a bomb in a damn turkey! Then they abduct Fan Bingbing from the hospital and beat her up. Awful!
But everything leads up to that gangbusters finale fight between Collin Chou and Donnie. Fucking unreal. Also low key like Xing Yu as one of the ruthless bad guys here.
