Larry Cohen has the story credit on this which I knew about from when I saw him host another similar film at Portage back in the day. But I had forgotten about it until recently when I was looking up Statham films.
I had never seen this so I definitely wanted to view it for my year of Statham. It’s Chris Evans versus Statham in an absurd thriller thru Los Angeles. So comical yet fun for how ridiculous it is. I don’t like Statham as a villain but he’s good being an asshole. Evans is really good, too. Crazy that Jessica Biel has little more than a walk-on role. She was kind of a big deal around this time.
