Another George Zucco b-movie directed by Sam Newfield (Black Raven) and another example of a movie that could be remade bc the premise is fun but the movie not so much. Mad scientist wants to create a Wolfman army but his friends laugh at him so he seeks revenge with a werewolf.
His servant Petro (Glenn Strange) that becomes the werewolf looks like he’s channeling a dim Lon Chaney Jr.
