Overview
Travis and his team travel to China in search of what isn’t supposed to exist ... their mission to capture a Cryptid which is wreaking havoc in a remote village and they need to do this before it is killed by Harker, the legendary bounty hunter.

Totally should’ve watched this last month for 31DoH! I wouldn’t call this horror but certainly adjacent with a giant amphibious lizard devouring ppl and causing terror. Adkins is amusing in this as a biologist hitting on Huang Yi (who wouldn’t???!) while looking for the cryptid and fighting off Lundgren’s OTT Harker the hunter.
This is not a good movie but I like it. Very much like a SyFy Channel flick (I thought it was until I watched the extras). Lundgren and Adkins are committed and know the kind of movie they’re making. Adkins is polite and diplomatic in the interview he provides for the extras but he does say he doesn’t like Chinese food, which is wild.
