Overview
When Vetter’s wife is killed in a botched hit organized by Diablo, he seeks revenge against those responsible. But in the process, Vetter and Hicks have to fight their way up the chain to get to Diablo but it’s easier said than done when all Vetter can focus on is revenge.

Found this today for $2 at Arc Thrift only days after adding it to my watchlist (bc it stars Vin Diesel). Had never seen it but this could be another F&F sidequel where he’s a becomes a cop to take down the drug cartel after Letty’s death. I can pretend that is the story.
Anyways this is a decent drug war / Diablo drug cartel crime boss story that’s all gritty and dark. I wonder if Vin stopped doing this good guy hero role bc he wanted to be more other side of the law guy a la F&F saga. He’s good here and I wish he had done more films like this.
