Overview
Fifty years into the future, the sun is dying, and Earth is threatened by arctic temperatures. A team of astronauts is sent to revive the Sun — but the mission fails. Seven years later, a new team is sent to finish the mission as mankind’s last hope.

Viewing Notes
Such a wild movie and the cast is fire, no pun intended. Not surprised to learn that Alex Garland wrote the screenplay. The science is p flimsy but the thrills are fun and everyone is committed to this batshit story. Love the score, too.
Also fun to note which cast members went on to be in superhero movies (most of them!). Marvel and DC well covered here.
