Overview
No emotion. No fear. No pain. They were the perfect soldiers to protect civilization until the drone police became the perfect enemy. With little hope left for mankind, Tallis, an electronically enhanced soldier, rescues a survivor from a failed resistance mission. Learned I owned a Jesse V film on Blu-ray that I didn’t know was his film. Not sure why the ratings are so low in IMDb and TMDb bc this is a perfectly fine, derivative sci-fi actioner starring Don the Dragon and Katee Sackhoff. Like Don has many other films that aren’t great with much higher ratings than this. This reeks of fanboys out to torpedo a film for whatever reason… perhaps bc Katee did this while still doing BSG? who knows. people are fucking assholes.
Anyways, Jesse put the work in here with a bunch of fabricated armor and guns on a typical old factory / desolate junkyard area. Don is way cool and it’s nice to see him hooking up with the 26years younger Sackoff. Good for him. He’s a legend and one of the few guys I’d love to meet in RL and thank him for paving the DTV way.
lol I rated this a 4/5 on TMDb and it bumped it up to 40 percent
