Went in with zero expectations (and hoping it would be better than thanksgiving). It’s not… but…
Probably equal to thanksgiving and now I assume they didn’t release this very November movie last November bc they didn’t want to compete with thanksgiving. But it would’ve been fun to have them both in theater at the same time and watch back to back as they both share a similar vibe.
This movie is sorta like a Lifetime Channel slasher but needed to lean into that even more. Some hilarious moments that could’ve been punched up. There’s an expo drop that is unbelievable. I enjoyed this more than thanksgiving for those reasons but wouldn’t rate it higher.
