Fun to see babyface Riki Takeuchi in this heroic bloodshed film set in the Philippines. Shun Sugata is my favorite character Ratts but I do love Rei when she does the full two-gun homage at the end. Wish she was given a little more action. The squibs and explosions in that finale are bananas. Guess the Philippines was still the place to go to get that crazy with the pyrotechnics. Hilarious seeing Mike Monty show up as another cornball villain.
