Final animated short in the Chinese fable & folklore night. I suppose this one could be a fable of sorts. A man sells a stain remover that turns all clothes white. Everyone buys it. Then ppl notice a girl frolicking about town in a beautiful colored dress. Now the ppl want colors and the salesman now sells colors to turn any white garment to a bright color. It’s fine. The description given at TMDb was probably gleaned from a translator bc it’s gibberish.

Best thing about this: the three monks from the Three Monks short film shown earlier are in this getting their robes turned white (then back to color).
