Overview
Jubei is a masterless ninja who travels the land alone, lending his services to those with gold—or a worthy cause. His fearsome abilities have served him well, but a plot to overthrow the government threatens to end his wandering ways—and possibly his life.

Viewing Notes
Usually I haven’t been in favor of upgrading animation films but this DVD has changed my mind. The color is flat and muted; the lines aren’t sharp. PQ is just not very good especially for a film that should have brilliant colors and not the soft edges.
If this has an improved release— not the dvd dumped onto BD like what Discotek does — I’d buy it.
