Viewing Notes
aka Die, Die, My Darling
Which is the better title yet less on the nose for this psychotic old mother tormenting Stefanie Powers held prisoner in her decrepit old home. Love the old spooky home and the set design. Nice rural English countryside setting, too. The only thing holding back a higher rating is a greater sense that Powers’ character was truly incapacitated and unable to escape the clutches of this old woman.
So many times I was yelling at the tv for her to do something to this old woman or set a trap. Anything! She seemed a smart character with enough at her disposal to stop this old woman. Like if she was drugged or chained up. Still a fun movie to watch especially after just viewing PSYCHO.
