Yet another Chinese title with two listings in TMDb. Really confounding. The IMDb ID is missing bc it’s attached to the duplicate listing which I reported. And apparently this is the third film in a series.
This is kinda like a Chinese D&D tale with a confusing story. tbh I really didn’t know what the basic premise was but was along for the ride bc I like this high fantasy wackadoo nonsense. Here’s my stab at it:
There’s a witch that hexes a barbarian king who’s sister is the master of beasts and rides a big wolf. The demon department trio plus a monk is out to stop the barbarian king but the witch is always creating trouble. Finally they face the barbarian king and rescue the sister. It’s nutso how it all unfolds. I’d like to see the other films now.
