Viewing Notes
Filling another gap in my Hwang Jung-min viewing. Forgot that I had seen the epilogue when Justin screened this for one of his mind melter marathons. This is another movie that got lost to the pandemic and likely would’ve played at my Niles AMC back in 2021.
Hwang is his usually great self portraying himself in this brutal kidnapping thriller. Wonder how it was pitched to him bc it is a great premise. Everyone is doing some good work here but I wish the cops weren’t so dumb in certain sequences.
