Two years after the Westworld tragedy in the Delos amusement park, the corporate owners have reopened the park following over $1 billion in safety and other improvements. For publicity purposes, reporters Chuck Browning and Tracy Ballard are invited to review the park. Just prior to arriving at the park, however, Browning is given a clue by a dying man that something is amiss.

Ofc I had to follow Westworld with its sequel, another one I haven’t seen since we started logging religiously. Thought I had this on dvd but I guess I never picked up that cheapie release I used see in bargain bins back in the day. Should probably get the Shout Factory release if it’s still available.
I like this film a lot but it’s not nearly as good as WW despite being only a few years removed. Always thought it was an eighties flick probably bc it’s set in 1985. My favorite part is the dream sequence featuring Yul Brynner, natch. Tho it was very confusing to me as a kid.
