In 1980s Hollywood, action star Johnny Cage is looking to become an A-list actor. But when his costar, Jennifer, goes missing from set, Johnny finds himself thrust into a world filled with shadows, danger, and deceit. Not particularly fun bc of all the fantasy mumbo jumbo. Would’ve been better if it was Cage and Sonya, who’s not even in this (?!?!?), teaming up to take down bad dudes. The fantasy stuff is silly. Also, really don’t need to hear the F-bomb dropped into every line of dialogue. Just sounds so immature like a 14yo wrote the script. I generally like these MK animated films but this one is disappointing.
