Two young children and an adult in a small town have an encounter with an alien spaceship. 25 years later the children are reunited as adults in the same town which is now beset by strange cattle mutilations. Matters become worse when the cattle mutilations are joined by human murders and mutilations.

I’m a bit of a Greydon Clark apologist so I find myself enjoying his movies regardless of quality. Plus this cast is nuts and Cybill Shepherd… damn. Most amusing aspect is that this is set in rural New Mexico yet filmed entirely in California. My how things have changed haha
Kind of a missed opportunity to not name Raymond Burr’s character Stephen Martin. Would’ve be hilarious to have this movie included in Godzilla lore.
Given his other films that have gotten a decent release I’m surprised this one hasn’t unless I just don’t know about it. Especially with this cast. The transfer on Prime is a very murky 4:3 AR which doesn’t help matters. Would totally own this on Blu if it existed.
