A rivalry between the Golden Ninja Warriors and the Red Ninja Warriors. The Red Ninja Warriors want a Golden Ninja Statue that the Golden Ninjas Have, which is never seen by the audience. Then, the action moves to Hong Kong where we see a criminal organization running a prostitution racket, made up of kidnapped women, out of a hotel.

Viewing Notes
Wanted to keep riding the high of NINJA TERMINATOR so I put this “sequel” of sorts. There’s a particularly unusual location that seemed v familiar (these colorful UFO apartments that were never completed and abandoned — wonder if they’re still around?). That’s bc I saw them in the original movie THUNDER CAT WOMAN. This is kinda the same film with additional ninja scenes added using the same cast.
A lot of it is nonsensical but it’s still fun for a kickass leading lady, Yang Hui-Chih, seeking revenge for the murder of her father. Since they use much of TCW there’s lots of nudity and some rapey stuff.
