Overview
Teenager Riley’s mind headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone.

Viewing Notes
Solid sequel that cleverly shows how this story could be expanded, which was one of my questions prior to viewing. But WOM was good so I felt it was worth seeing in theater and it was a fun time with some good moments. Doesn’t resonate as much for me not being a parent but I’m sure most parents would find this entertaining. Also, the kids in my audience seemed to enjoy this as well which is cool given the complex ideas around emotions and how they control our expressions. Ennui is the best of the new characters but I do like Nostalgia a lot, natch.
