Overview
Mark Kaminsky is kicked out of the FBI for his rough treatment of a suspect. He winds up as the sheriff of a small town in North Carolina. FBI Chief Harry Shannon, whose son has been killed by a mobster named Patrovina, enlists Kaminsky in a personal vendetta with a promise of reinstatement into the FBI if Patrovina is taken down. To accomplish this, he must go undercover and join Patrovina’s gang.

Have never seen this until now.
Not only was this filmed on location in Chicago but the crime boss’s lair is in the Allerton Hotel, a former client of mine! Not once in all my weekly meetings there did anyone mention that the hotel is prominently featured in this movie. That’s rude.
It is comical when they cut to scene meant to be Chicago but clearly not, like North Carolina. Love seeing Kathryn Harrold in a decent role. She was a big deal back then and saw lots in tv movies. She was in one of my all time favorites Nightwing.
LOL: Robert Davi is wearing Gargoyles, the sunglasses Arnold made famous in The Terminator.
