Viewing Notes

Not this week, Satan…. I mean AMC (happy I could use all 3 of my AList reservations this week). This movie is 100 percent crowd pleaser aimed at the lowest common denominator, and that’s perfectly fine. I love it and all the schmaltzy writing. Usually I don’t but it works here thanks to some good chemistry between the the two leads and a fun story. Plus it falls into my field of work so I could relate to all the marketing angles.

Looks like some of the footage was from the documentary Apollo 11 (2019), which was just using actual footage from the event. Reminds me that I need to buy that bc it’s one of my favorite documentaries and probably why I love this movie.
