Viewing Notes

Another new-to-me Wesley Snipes flick and it’s a good one. Plus the buddy cop team-up with Diane Lane definitely bumps this up. It loses a little in the big finale which is ridiculous for a variety of reasons but my biggest grievance is that fully staffed and super busy Whitehouse kitchen at 10pm in the evening on a big night for a presidential announcement. I LOL’d when they show the secret service guys trying to get thru the busy kitchen… what in the F is happening there. It’s such a small little thing that has no bearing on the sequence and yet there it is. Dumb!

ofc most everything else about that finale is silly as well but I really like everything leading up to that. Snipes can act and is putting in the work. Cool character, too. Wish they made a sequel to this w/Lane and Snipes teaming up again.
