Viewing Notes

a Very Good Revisit™ and great to see in the Secret Cinema. Nice closer for our Steven Seagal movie night. Often considered Seagal’s best and I can understand why; it has the big budget with full support of the US Navy plus two big time foils in Busey and Jones, who are both excellent. But for those reasons I don’t think it’s Seagal’s best simply bc these things are so good around him he has less to do and doesn’t have to carry the film as he does in Out for Justice.
