Viewing Notes

RIP Norman Chui Siu-Keung
October 16, 1950 — September 1, 2024

Norman only has a small role in this film as one of Ti Lung’s buddies (he mainly appears during the wedding sequence) but it was nice to see him here in an early role.

Ku Feng’s terrible wig knocks this down a point. Still a fun film to see these guys outside of their usual palace kung fu wuxia flicks. Want to revisit the sequel during October.
