I FORGOT TO BRING EARPLUGS AND THIS AMC NO LONGER OFFERS THEM :(
Was seated for this 3 hour epic and it (the seating) wasn’t bad as I expected for AMC Orchard. The movie is really good but weighed down by drama and whatnot that tbh does nothing to move the story along. The story is a wild one with these villages raiding shipping freighters to steal illegal weapons and sell them to some bad guys. Devara (NTR) is opposed to this (after having done it a while) and rebels against all his buddies and brother in arms. This conflict is really what sets the story in motion. Saif Ali Khan is a terrific villain, too.
The finale is quite fun! I like that this epic was made into a two part movie bc I prefer movies over TV series but a six-part series would probably make this story sing a little more. Easier to digest and the drama could work. Very curious to see how it wraps up in part two.
