Viewing Notes

If I didn’t know already I’d think this was a pandemic film, made between 2020 and 2021. One main location (a giant house on a lake) and 3 main cast members. Fairly isolated and a small budget. It’s not great. But it’s not the 20% I see on TMDb. It’s ambitious to a fault and more than its budget constraints can manage. It’s labeled as horror but I don’t see it that way as it’s more of this weird mystery fantasy thriller where these 3 ppl have to kill each other over and over to somehow survive this experiment or whatever. At times the story is interesting and other times it feels interminable.

They make a big note of it being shot and produced in Montreal even tho this could’ve been anywhere. It’s a house on a lake!
